Join us for our 4 week beginner’s yoga workshop!
Learn the basic movement of vinyasa flow yoga as well as yogic wisdom from its fundamental principles. Let’s create profound positive change in your personal life along with meaningful change as a community.

This is a donation class (suggested amount $10.00). Yoga is a way of life and should be available to all regardless of ability to pay.

Couple’s Workout

all couples spend time together doing things they love to connect and spend time together; BCKickboxing is no different! If you haven’t trained with your other half in a while, here’s the perfect Valentine’s Day workout that will leave you both feeling great! We will be performing exercises that strengthen the body, mind, and bond between you and your significant other.
