Coach Ben will be attending Romulo Barral seminar at Gracie Barra Long Island on monday aug.22nd. Romulo will be showing his half guard attacks(knee slice-choking series) and spider guard lasso defense.
Coach Ben will be heading to Las Vegas to train with Kru David and Kru Tony of Master Toddy academy aug.28th-sept.2nd. Osu!
Congratulations once again to Jessica Richer for winning her 2nd MMA fight in Akron Ohio this past weekend. It was a tough 3 rounder of battle and Jessica showed her versatility on her striking and ground impound. Coach Ben and coach Joe is preparing her for her October 15TH NAAFS fight.
Coach Ben will be attending Roberto ‘Cyborg’ Abreu seminar sat.July 16 in Commack. He will also be heading back to Las Vegas to train with Kru Dave Phanthip and Kru Tony Bachhuber in August.

NAAFS Proving Ground MMA Series. On May 14th in Akron, OH Jessica Richer will be debuting her first MMA cage match against Nakita Netjes at 155lbs. Coach Ben and Professor Scarola are getting her ready for this upcoming combat.
