you will work all your major and minor muscles during this workout, your core muscles will be burning and your heart rate will be challenged.

 

  1. One of the instructors has incorporated one kettle bell into one of the kickboxing classes for people to try out and its unbelievable…just from the few minutes I used it…I felt the results for days!
