This is a high/intensity class which consists of learning kickboxing techniques that will increase speed and timing while punching and kicking the heavy bag. This class combined with body sculpting which utilizes lightweights/high reps, a medicine ball and jump rope to tone and trim the total body. The Kickboxing/Power Sculpt class is a mix of cardiovascular routines, MMA drills and a great body-sculpting workout. This class is an intense total body-sculpting workout that includes exercises to increase strength and flexibility.
