Mens Striking

In this adult class, you will learn a wide variety of mixed martial arts techniques including Boxing, K-1 Kickboxing, Thai Boxing, clinching, and conditioning. Working the heavy bag, focus mitts and thai pads are incorporated in the workout. Glove to glove sparring and clinching at the end of each workout. Beginners  to advanced are welcome.

In order to participate in this class you need a 16oz. training gloves, shin guards, mouthpiece, groin cup, mma shorts and t-shirt.

  5. The Men’s Striking class is top notch. If you thought you were in shape before starting the class, within 10 minutes, you will quickly see you arent. The workouts are intense and challenging, but at the same time, the group of trainers and class participants make it an awesome time. Everyone is friendly, courteous and looking to help and have a good time. From veteran strikers to newcomers, there is so much to get out of this class regardless of your intentions, be it self defense, love of muay thai/mma, or fitness, this class has it all. Ben is a great teacher who is a true student of martial arts. He has just about been there and done everything and trained with some of the best there is in the sport of mma, and has a natural ability to teach. He has made a life out of his passion for the sport, and deservedly so, he is a master.
