Fitness Bootcamp

This high-powered class delivers a kick to anyone fitness goals. Using a winning combination of fitness modalities such as; bodyweight, medicine balls, bands, agility drills, TRX Suspension training, dumbbells and 2 inch grip rope drills. The class is designed in a circuit fashion which allows you to become stronger, more powerful, burn fat and boost your energy level.

  1. This is a great class! I normally prefer one on one but everyone gets such a great workout during the fitness bootcamp; between the variety of fitness drills in this class and the motivation of everyone else around you. I highly recommend this class, especially for those who can only find time to workout once or twice a week, it burns calories and tones every part of your body!
