Zumba fitness is a fitness dance exercise program that keeps everyone motivated by creating a party like atmosphere. Our certified Zumba instructor will take you through a combination of dance steps such as merengue, reggaetone and salsa.

The routines feature interval-training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Zumba also incorporates fitness exercises such as bicep curls, knee lifts and squats. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba class!

  1. I am OBSESSED! This is the BEST class ever…definitely a great way to burn lots of calories. You get an amazing workout while having a ton of fun. The music and routine make you feel like you are just out dancing!! When I started to combine this class with the other kickboxing classes I started to shed inches instantly.

  3. This class is SO MUCH FUN. It is honestly the highlight of my week (wish it was more than 2x/week! wink wink)

    Variety of dances + conditioning = serious endorphin rush!

    The instructor is extremely motivating too!
