Q. What type of people train at BC Kickboxing?
People of all ages and skill levels from beginner to advanced. Athletes, housewives, students, kids, seniors, weekend warriors, lawyers, teachers, etc…
Q. Do I have to sign up for a whole year contract?
No. You may sign up for a punch card class with 10, 15 or 25 classes at a time, 1 or 6 months unlimited membership or our automated plan (EFT) billing with 5 months of commitment, and even pay per workout, whatever suits your budget best. No pressure. Try a free class before making your decision.
Q. What does it mean unlimited classes membership?
Take as many classes as you wish, at any given time you would like, just check our schedule for classes. We offer over 25 group classes per week and we are open 7 days
Q. Am I too old to do this?
Not at all. We have members from 6 to 75 years of age. Come in and prove to everyone and yourself that you will always be young.
Q. Can women take kickboxing classes?
Kickboxing is a very popular workout among women. It’s a great way to lose weight, increase energy, release stress and get in shape.
Q. Will I get in shape?
All classes are a great workout and will shape you all around at your on own speed. A single kickboxing(bag) workout can burn up to 850 calories.
